Eff My Anxiety™ is a mental health awareness brand created to further the conversation about mental health. Founded in 2019 by Mike Catlett, the brand focuses on using fashion as a form of self expression in order to open up the discussion about mental health and methods to obtain mental wellness.

Due to the stigma surrounding mental health, many people suffer in silence. With this the lack of mental health awareness and dialog, especially in particular communities, the mission of Eff My Anxiety™ is to provide a voice within these communities by way of fashion. By achieving this, it will allow individuals to take back their power and facilitate the ever so important conversation for future generations!
